  • A new report from more than 70 scholars, economists, union leaders and activists calls for a significant shift in American labor law. Many of the suggested reforms are included in the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act, such as protecting the right to strike, rolling back “right to work,” facilitating first contract arbitration and instituting real penalties for employers who break the law.
